Job Overview

We are hiring a responsible, detail-oriented

Operations Executive

to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our clinic. You will coordinate staff, manage patient flow, supervise facility needs, and support our doctors and patients in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor daily clinic operations efficiently Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups Supervise housekeeping, front office, and inventory needs Track purchase orders, manage stock levels, and handle vendor coordination Maintain daily logs, patient records, and operational reports Support billing, insurance, and EMR software entries (training provided) Communicate with doctors, staff, and vendors for timely execution of services Ensure hygiene, clinic upkeep, and SOP compliance Handle leave registers, rosters, and staff-related coordination

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred (Healthcare/Admin/Business background ideal) 1-3 years of experience in clinic or hospital operations Proficient in English and Tamil communication Good computer knowledge (Excel, Word, basic software tools) Strong organizational, coordination, and people skills Willing to work in a fast-paced medical environment

Good to Have

Experience in cosmetic, dental, or andrology clinics Familiarity with billing software or EMR systems Basic knowledge of TPA or insurance coordination
