Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Operations Executive
with at least
1 year of experience in inventory management, store operations, or dispatch
within a product-based industry. The role requires strong organizational skills, operational expertise, and coordination abilities to manage smooth business operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing
operations at our Chennai warehouse
.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data & Inventory Management:
Maintain and update inventory records systematically in company systems.
2. Operational Coordination:
Work closely with warehouses and the sales team to ensure seamless operations.
Oversee inventory processes, including
loading, unloading, and dispatch activities
.
3. Order & Dispatch Management:
Ensure timely dispatch of materials and monitor orders and deliveries.
Streamline dispatch and logistics operations for maximum efficiency.
4. Payment Processing:
Process client payments and maintain accurate financial records.
5. Client Support & Relationship Management:
Provide technical product support to clients, addressing their concerns effectively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
6. Sales Support & Process Improvement:
Assist the sales team in meeting targets and expanding the customer base.
Work with internal teams to identify and implement operational improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Operations, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
.
Minimum
1 year of experience in operations within a product-based industry
.
Strong understanding of
inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations
.
Proficiency in
MS Office, particularly Excel
.
Excellent
communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate will follow the
Chennai warehouse's working schedule (holidays, leaves, etc.)
.
