:Shipment Coordination:Plan and coordinate the movement of goods via air, sea, and land.Arrange and monitor the pickup and delivery schedules.Ensure compliance with international and domestic shipping regulations.Documentation:Prepare and process all necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.Verify accuracy and completeness of shipment documentation.Maintain records of all shipments and transactionsCustomer Service:Communicate with clients to provide updates on shipment status.Address and resolve any client inquiries or issues related to shipments.Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, andvendors.Operational Efficiency:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.Problem Solving:Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in the transportation process.Coordinate with customs, port authorities, and other regulatory bodies to ensure smooth clearance of goods.Manage any discrepancies or claims related to shipments.Requirements-Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
