Responsibilities:
• Perform day-to-day operational tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle email correspondence, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Conduct follow-ups with internal teams, vendors, and clients as required.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Excel and other tools.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.
