Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, chat, etc.
• Provide comprehensive information about courses, qualifications, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanour with students.
• Assess prospective students' needs and interests.
• Determine student eligibility for specific programs based on gathered information.
• Explain the documentation process to students.
• Assist students in understanding and accessing required forms and documentation.
• Pass qualified leads to the counselling team for a detailed consultation.
• Maintain clear records of all student interactions using the CRM system.
• Provide feedback on common student queries and process improvements.
• Prepare and submit reports on lead generation and conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of inquiry processes and suggest improvements.
