Roles and Responsibilities
• Oversee all operations task lists and handle enquiries. Set, communicate and maintain timelines, priorities and operations templates on every project.
• Research venues, suppliers & contractors;; manage relationships.
• Manage site-map and placements, working closely and collaboratively with sales team to ensure client satisfaction with operational aspects.
• Manage onsite signage plan from design to implementation.
• Support the maintaining and development of client relationships, including partners.
• Devise operational staffing & resource plan, including preparing job descriptions, key outcomes/objectives.
• Ensure proper communication with all staff regarding Branding goals, responsibilities and shifting priorities.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team.
• Analyze each events success and produce post-event evaluation to inform future Branding.
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, while continually finding ways to improve processes to produce higher quality and more effective results.
• Identify opportunities for process as well as developing and implementing new procedures.
• Play an integral role in setting organization priorities, project timelines and provide feedback for ensuring highest quality of Retail Branding.
• Must have Knowledge about MS office.
Note: Knowledge in Retail Branding Services is must.
