We are looking for a meticulous and organized Operations Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The Operations Executive will manage property listings, ensure data accuracy, and oversee client payment processing. This role is essential to maintaining a seamless operation for our rental service, with a focus on quality control and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Property Listings Management: Create and manage listings for properties available for rent, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date. Coordinate with field managers to gather necessary property information and images. Perform quality checks on listings to ensure they meet company standards and client requirements. 2. Data Accuracy & Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive database of properties, clients, and transactions. Regularly update and verify all property details, client information, and availability status. Generate reports on property listings, occupancy rates, and market trends for management review. 3. Client Payment Processing: Manage and oversee client payments, ensuring secure and timely transactions through online platforms. Verify payment receipts, update payment records, and provide clients with confirmation. Address and resolve any payment-related issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries about property availability, payment processes, and general information. Act as a liaison between field managers and clients to facilitate smooth interactions and viewings. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout the rental process. 5. Operational Support: Support the operations team in coordinating property viewings and managing client schedules. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as document preparation and filing. Qualifications : Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in operations, administration, or real estate. Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Familiarity with online payment platforms and basic financial management. Requirements : Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. High level of integrity in handling client payments and confidential information.
