1. Develop and execute a lead generation model to identify potential candidates for distance MBA/PGDM, diploma, and certification programs.
2. Make cold calls to various data sources to generate leads within the assigned targets and timelines.
3. Act as a liaison between customers and sales executives to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
4. Collect, upload, and verify documents of students and working professionals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
5. Provide ongoing support to registered candidates, addressing their queries related to student portals, assignments, and examinations.
