: Operation Executive
Location: Mumbai (Between Vasai to Andheri)
Salary: Up to 23,000 INR per month
Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently to provide information and resolve queries.
-Conduct outbound calls for customer follow-ups and surveys as required.
-Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
-Ensure exceptional service delivery to maintain high customer satisfaction.
-Respond to customer queries via chat and email promptly and accurately.
-Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and transactions.
-Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
-Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures during customer interactions.
-Uphold confidentiality and maintain security standards in all customer interactions.
- Attending safety meetings to ensure the service team abides by safety policies and procedures
- Mentoring the service staff by promoting an environment where they can grow and excel in their craft
- Performing administrative duties such as communicating with Students, greeting students or answering phone calls to schedule service appointments
- Must have a polite and good communication skills.
- Maintaining customer relationships to ensure repeat students by handling students concerns in a timely manner.
- Solving the students by calls, email and chat
- Maintain their sheet and share the reports on time.
- Email writing, chat process too.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in customer service or a similar operational role.
-Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional languages preferred.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
