Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to support our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in streamlining processes, improving performance, and ensuring operational excellence across various functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Assist in the implementation of operational strategies, systems, and processes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports. Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Finance, HR) to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of issues. Manage vendor relationships and support procurement and logistics activities. Assist in budgeting and cost management efforts. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance. Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements. Support in planning and execution of operational projects or initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
