Purpose Responsible for all inbound, outbound and transit operations at the Air Hub for DP shipments. Ensure timely and accurate connections of shipments onto the approved air network 2. Key Responsibilities Operational \xc2\xb7 Responsible for all operational activities for DP in terms of inbound, outbound and transit operations for the Air Hub \xc2\xb7 Ensure timely and accurate connections of DP loads onto the approved air network (BDA and commercial flights) \xc2\xb7 Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of inbound DP loads from BDA /Commercial flights to the respective service centers \xc2\xb7 Ensure timely, accurate and profitable delivery of all DP shipments to customers \xc2\xb7 Manage all cases of network changes, delay, priority runs, misconnections etc. and communicate the same to the concerned PUD Centers / Service Centers \xc2\xb7 Handle all exception cases for DP and ensure closure of the same in collaboration with relevant departments \xc2\xb7 Handle all internal/ external communications during the shift for smooth operations \xc2\xb7 Conduct daily staff briefings, including communication regarding any operational changes in the DP Shipments to the concerned staff employees \xc2\xb7 Oversee the work of loaders, tally staff and carting staff at the Hub to ensure adherence to the operational workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) \xc2\xb7 Oversee vehicle placement at bays and supervise the carting and tally operations for DP shipments \xc2\xb7 Ensure accurate input of data during the tally processes for DP \xc2\xb7 Monitor loading activities and ensure safe handling of shipments as per SOPs by loaders Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Provide direction, guidance and support to the DP staff employees to help them discharge their duties effectively \xc2\xb7 Ensure DP capability building for the team \xc2\xb7 Monitor the performance of the team on a continuous basis to identify key performers Mentor and coach subordinates to develop the team\xe2\x80\x99s capabilities and build a robust succession pipeline \xc2\xb7 Should be from Logistics/Ecommerce \xc2\xb7 Two Wheeler mandatory \xc2\xb7 Should possess good communication.
