Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor office inventory, procure supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
• Assist in project management by tracking deliverables and timelines.
• Analyze and improve operational processes for optimized workflows.

Administration

• Handle general office administration tasks, including correspondence and documentation.
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Manage company assets, facilities, and IT support coordination.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other required documentation.
• Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related fields.
• Experience : Freshers can also apply
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and operational management.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software/tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
