Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the learning experience and operational aspects for diverse courses and product offerings.
• Enhance operational systems and processes while managing daily tasks efficiently.
• Coordinate the entire journey of learners and mentors to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with both learner and mentor communities.
• Implement quality control measures and track KPIs to deliver a seamless learning experience.
• Elevate the quality of service and experience for both learners and mentors.
• Boost the efficiency of current operational processes and systems.
• Foster cross-team collaboration to effectively manage issue resolution.
• Oversee and maintain infrastructure for active learning environments.
• Track and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
• Handle inventory, shipping, and logistics for e-commerce product distribution.
• Prepare and deliver MIS reports to provide operational insights to the leadership team.
