Job Description

Bookkeeping :

• Manage and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.

Office operations:

• Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment and supervising cleaning staff.
• Facilitate internal and external communication, including drafting and distributing memos, emails, and other correspondence.
• Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, travel and conferences, including coordinating logistics and managing event budgets.
• Support human resources functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll processing.
• Manage relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Executive Assistant to CEO:

• Manage and screen incoming phone calls and emails, prioritizing and redirecting as necessary.
• Coordinate personal and professional travel plans, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
• Keep track of personal finance books, manage expense reports, and coordinate with accountants or financial planners.
• Offer support with personal errands, from organizing deliveries to running to-do list items like shopping and service pickups.
• Organize and maintain personal and professional documents, ensuring accurate filing, both physically and digitally, for easy access and retrieval when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

• Overtime pay
