KGDC Enterprises LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Executive / Liaison Officer to manage end-to-end coordination and compliance for solar rooftop installations, from sales closure through to subsidy redemption. This role will encompass close coordination with banks for financing, DISCOMs for approvals, vendors for installation logistics, and ensuring process compliance and accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will bring strong project coordination skills, experience working with government bodies and banks, and an ability to ensure a smooth, compliant, and timely execution of each project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the installation process from sales closure to subsidy redemption, ensuring adherence to all procedural and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain project timelines, resolve issues, and ensure successful project completion.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions to facilitate financing for solar rooftop projects.
• Assist customers in the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate for financing and subsidy eligibility.
• Act as the primary liaison with DISCOMs, managing applications, net metering setup, and regulatory compliance.
• Expedite approval processes with DISCOM and resolve any issues arising during project execution.
• Work closely with installation vendors to ensure quality standards and timely execution.
• Coordinate logistics for the delivery of materials and equipment to project sites, tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues as needed.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain all project documentation, including permits, approvals, financing paperwork, and subsidy-related documents.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation for submission to DISCOM, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage post-installation activities, such as testing, net metering setup, and customer onboarding.
• Oversee the subsidy redemption process, assisting customers with necessary documentation to ensure timely subsidy disbursement.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with DISCOM, banks, vendors, and customers to maintain effective coordination.
• Provide project progress updates and communicate any requirements to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or compliance management, preferably involving government bodies and banks.
• Familiarity with bank funding processes.
• Understanding of the working culture of electricity boards in Jharkhand and Odisha is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Odia.
• Must possess a personal two-wheeler for field visits and should be willing to travel also if needed
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a bonus.
