We at Schoollog are working towards making learning more efficient and productive for our children using advanced technology. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage critical operational processes, ensuring they are executed efficiently and according to established procedures.
- Collect and analyze business operations data, identify improvement areas, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing their concerns and questions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities, including invoices, receipts, and reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain reports, analyze data, and generate insights.
- Assist in data entry, data cleansing, and database management tasks.
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
