Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Operations professional at Profins Ltd in Chennai. Responsibilities include handling insurance operations, communicating with clients, and providing insurance brokerage services to customers.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing Day to Day Operations of the Company or agency
• Communicating Effectively with Clients, over the phone.
• Providing excellent Customer Service
Qualifications &Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in any stream, or in related field (Freshers Only)
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
