- Handling Pickers and Packers and assigning them work

Roles and Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Pulls and packs product based on daily orders.
\xef\x82\xb7 Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
\xef\x82\xb7 Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety
issues.
\xef\x82\xb7 Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e.,Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet
Wrapper, Forklift, and Electrical Pallet Jacks).
\xef\x82\xb7 Reports any mechanical problems.
\xef\x82\xb7 Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying
opportunities to improve processes.
\xef\x82\xb7 Follows good Warehouse practices and required work safe practices.
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
\xef\x82\xb7 Performs other duties as assigned.
Picker/Packer Qualifications / Skills:
\xef\x82\xb7 Inward, Inventory and Putaway
\xef\x82\xb7 Scanning and sorting outgoing stock
\xef\x82\xb7 Pulling, packing, and loading
\xef\x82\xb7 Receiving, stocking, and stacking
\xef\x82\xb7 Handling Emails and Basic Computer Skills
Education, Experience, and Salary:
\xef\x82\xb7 High school diploma or equivalent
\xef\x82\xb7 6 months E-Commerce or any Warehouse experience preferred
Work Timings: Rotational Shifts.
