Job Title: E-commerce Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient E-commerce Operations Executive to join our team. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and experienced in e-commerce logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize e-commerce processes, from order processing to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, reordering, and product listing accuracy. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth product availability and delivery. Monitor and analyze order performance and resolve any operational issues, including returns, exchanges, and customer complaints. Implement and streamline processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align operations with promotional campaigns. Ensure all products are properly listed and described on e-commerce platforms. Maintain and update product pricing, descriptions, and stock information across various online platforms.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Magento). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot operational issues. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on insights.
