We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing operations and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the bridge between clients and the design team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project requirements.

Understand client needs and translate them into actionable directives for the design and creative teams.

Manage end-to-end project coordination, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and optimize operational efficiency.

Handle client dealings professionally, building strong and lasting relationships.

Assist in the review and quality control of graphic designs to ensure they meet client expectations and brand standards.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in the operations of a digital marketing agency. Strong knowledge of graphic design workflows and tools. Excellent client handling and communication skills. Proven experience in end-to-end project coordination. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
