External E-Commerce Portals
Work with the factory team to share orders / inventory against orders of the day.
Process orders received on various platforms ready for pick-up by partner couriers
Making ecommerce packing slips
Making invoices
Picking and packing of inventory
Updating inventory and portals for shipping
Consolidating sales reports and dashboards on a daily / weekly basis
Managing returns - follow ups on disputes. Create a tracker for disputes.
Use daily challenges to improve internal processes
Create and upload new catalogues to all portals
Inventory management
Taking inventory stock
Record inventory movement - out and returns
Develop system for tracking inventory ageing
Identify patterns and insights for production planning
Quality Control
Conduct quality checks on finished products
Report and help correct production defects
Accounting - Making entries of accounts receivables and accounts payables. Should have a basic knowledge of invoices and billing.
Updating website regularly with inventory
Managing all office administration related work
Stationary procurement, Internet Services,
Pantry material procurement, and other office administration
This job may also have traveling from time to time for picking and delivering material - Transport allowance will be provided
All training will be given for all softwares. should have basic computer knowledge and should know basic microsoft office - Word and Excel softwaresSalary: 916,000.00 - 920,000.00 per monthBenefits:
