Customer Communication: Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Maintain high response rates and ensure timely communication as per service level agreements (SLAs).
Team Oversight: Train and monitor interns/executives to enhance team productivity. Report any errors or losses promptly.
