Role and Responsibilities
Operations Executive during day hours helps Bakers' Fun take orders from the customers, have a strong understanding of the operations procedures, and dispatch finished goods to the respective stores
Responsibility deliverables
• Dispatching finished goods to the respective routes & stores
• Answering incoming customer calls for instant order placements
• Clearing customer questions regarding orders and products
• Timely checking of the pending orders yet to be dispatched
• Updating returns/adding of any products for the respective stores
• Completing daily accounting
Education
Any Graduate Degree
Skills & Knowledge
Computer Skills
Leadership Skills, Communication Skills
Bakery Domain Knowledge (Preferably)
