Brief

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, booking appointments, and overseeing the supply chain to ensure smooth operations

Job Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for, managing the Purchase order by creating, processing, and tracking them.
• Coordinate with platforms to ensure the timely delivery of products and resolve any discrepancies related to purchase orders.
• You will be coordinating, with internal teams and external partners to confirm appointments and ensure timely communication of appointment details to relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee the entire supply chain for the e-commerce vertical.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for replenishment.
• Ensure optimal stock levels to meet demand without overstocking or going OOS
• Track shipments and address any logistical issues that arise.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Handle platform inquiries related to orders and deliveries.
• Assist with the reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate financial records and maintain documentation for audits and compliance purposes.

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of experience
• Previous retail sales experience in the packaged food FMCG Industry
• Previous start-up experience will be preferred.
• Previous Trade Marketing roles are a plus.

Pay: ?11,608.30 - ?33,715.15 per month
