Operations Executive (freight Forwarding)

We are a private limited international logistics & freight forwarding company, located in mayur vihar phase-1. We are moving cargo in 52 countries via sea, air, and roads. We're on a continuous growth journey, driven by innovation, learning, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operation work of Overseas Import, Co-ordination with Overseas agent, Co-Loader.
• Track GIGM & LIGM Details to share with the C/nee. Manifestation of import Shipments
• Arranging Delivery order from shipping line & Co-Loader.
• Close follow up with Custom Clearance Team to arrange timely Checklist & File BOE accordingly.
• Arranging Shipping Line invoices
• Knowledge of Odex
• Updating Sea Import Shipments status to clients.
• Checking Checklist for manifestation of import shipments
• Sending Shipping Line payment planning to accounts team
• Maintaining Container Security Records of each Shipment Arranging Container security refund from various lines
• Documentation work of shipping line
Basic Qualifications:
1. 2 years experience in an Freight forwarding company
2. Well Versed with ODEX
3. Documentation process of shipping line
4. Discretion confidentiality
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Well Versed with MS Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
