Operations Executive Freight Forwarding
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handles/ Work on - Overseas// DO// Custom and (handles all imports related work)
- Ensure cargo is properly manifested after sales planning.
- Ensure cargo is dispatched from the warehouse properly with all relevant documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and reports are generated.
- Ensure cargo is properly loaded/unloaded from aircrafts// Sea Port.
- Ensure verification and acceptance of Cargo and rate/ volume are checked
- Ensure incoming cargo is properly segregated and delivered to consignee and ensure proper messages are sent of discrepancy if any.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven experience as an Operations Executive in the related field (3-4 years).
- Industry Preferred- Freight Forwarding
- Have good skills in Mail Writing and communication skills.
- Have good analytical skills and reasoning skills.
- Extremely well versed with operation process in Freight Industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
