Job Description

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 4 Years in Inventory Control/ Operations

Order Management:

- Process orders efficiently and coordinate with production for timely delivery.

- Estimate timelines for order completion and delivery.

- Manage the Returns Center for efficient returns processing.

- Handle urgent and custom orders from the sales team and customer requests.

- Use Excel to analyze and organize sales data for regular jobbing orders.

Procurement:

- Track consumables for packaging and liaise with suppliers.

- Resolve issues with payment gateways and shipping partners, including chargebacks and RTO/shipment loss cases.

Logistics Paperwork:

- Handle export documentation, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.

- Generate e-invoices and e-way bills (training provided).

Stock Coordination:

- Monitor stock levels and work with the factory to ensure timely production.

- Provide weekly stock reports and initiate transfers to internal locations.

Product Knowledge:

- Develop expertise in our hair products to answer customer queries and make recommendations.

- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.

Qualifications:

- Experience in operations, preferably in e-commerce or D2C.

- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

- Ability to multitask, organize information, and manage multiple communication channels.

- Experience in order processing and coordination with sales/production teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?420,000.00 - ?480,000.00 per year
