Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Renewal Operations Executive

to oversee and support the end-to-end insurance policy renewal process. The role requires coordination with internal teams (Agent & RM), insurers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate renewals, data management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

?Track and monitor renewal due policies for motor, health, and NON motor. ?Distribute renewal notices and follow up with sales/RM teams for closures. ?Maintain records of daily renewals, policy copies, and payment links. ?Reach out to agent & RM (Relationship Manager) via phone, email, or what's app to inform them about their upcoming renewals. ?Share renewal quotes with agents/RM and clarify any queries they may have. ?Coordinate with the sales team and insurance companies for updated premiums, endorsements, or changes in policy. ?Ensure timely issuance of renewed policies and share copies with agents. ?Maintain renewal sheet and share policy pdf to MIS team for their record in the system on a daily basis. ?Handle endorsement requests, address premium differences, and escalate issues when required. ?Work closely with the agent and RM ?Share reports on daily basis.

Key Skills Required:

?Good communication and persuasion skills ?Basic knowledge of insurance products and renewals ?Ability to handle pressure and able to convert renewals ?Ability to manage data accurately and meet timelines

Qualifications & Experience:

?Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com, BBA, or related field) ?Minimum 1-2 years of experience in insurance operations/renewals ?Familiarity with insurance software and insurer portals

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
