Job Description

• Operations Management:
• Monitor daily operations to ensure the company functions efficiently and effectively.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to optimize workflows.
• Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources to ensure operational objectives are met.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Liaise with various departments (e.g., sales, customer service, logistics) to ensure alignment of operational goals.
• Act as a point of contact between management and team members to communicate company policies and goals.
• Facilitate meetings and coordinate with teams to discuss progress and address any issues.
• Inventory and Logistics Management:
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet business needs.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation, ensuring smooth delivery of goods and services.
• Track shipments and handle any discrepancies or delays in the supply chain.
• Quality Control and Compliance:
• Implement quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve issues that may affect quality or compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational activities.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency.
• Customer Service Support:
• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to operational issues.
• Work with the customer service team to improve the overall customer experience.
• Resolve operational challenges that impact customer satisfaction.
• Team Supervision:
• Support the training and development of junior staff.
• Delegate tasks to team members and provide guidance to ensure high performance.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,394.09 - ?34,615.87 per month
