Job description - Customer Support Associate
Key Requirements- Prior work experience with a freight forwarder is mandatory
Responsibilities
Plan and execute shipments from factory to final destination
Handle port-to-port, air, and CIS shipments independently
Liaise with shippers, liners, airlines, transporters, CHAs, and surveyors
Place bookings with shipping lines and manage VGM, shipping instructions, MBL, and HBL
Troubleshoot issues related to international freight transportation
Resolve customer and carrier problems
Provide shipment quotes and set up shipments as required by customers
Demonstrate excellent multitasking skills in a fast-paced work environment
Maintain day-to-day office coordination and reporting to the Head of Department
Prepare and send Daily Status Reports (DSRs)
Send pre-alerts to agents and customers regarding shipments
Take on additional responsibilities as required

Educational Qualifications

1. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience working with a freight forwarder (mandatory)

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
