Overview: Cronbay Technologies, a leading Digital Marketing agency based in Bangalore, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support and Operations Executive with expertise in customer handling and operations management to join our team.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Support (Non-Technical):
? Handle customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone in a professional and efficient manner.
? Provide assistance with product details, order tracking, and problem resolution.
? Create and send emails and newsletters to customers.
? Market Research and staying updated with trends to ensure better customer experience.
Operations:
? Organize, prepare, and maintain documents related to operations and ongoing projects.
? Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflow.
? Manage the creation, organization, and delivery of content, ensuring it meets quality standards and aligns with curriculum goals.
? Manage the entire operations for Ed Tech Platform.
? Collaborating and assisting the Sales Team with operation and documentation work.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor's degree in a related field.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
? High attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
? Self-motivated with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
? Adaptable with a positive and proactive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
