We're looking for an Operations Executive to join our team and help ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations for example, managing the bugs and client handling
• Monitor and track delivery to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service quality.
• Optimize delivery routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide regular updates on shipment statuses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in logistics management software and tools.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
