Operations Executive (FHCS/WP):

Operations executive is a multi-facet post. The tasks are allocated as per the size of the branch. The bigger branches may have separate heads for admin and petty cash, billing and DSR, etc.

But overall the post will have the following responsibilities:

  • Service planning (FHCS/WP)
  • Planning and report generation through Icabs
  • Allocation of jobs to the service team
  • Billing
  • Invoice submission/ upload, Revision and CN invoice maintenance, PO follow-ups
  • Contract renewal and follow up
  • Office Administration
  • Statutory maintenance
  • Attendance, Petty cash, Vehicle maintenance
  • Vehicle GPS tracking
  • Handling of the service team, technicians
  • Maintenance of the service center
  • Battery stock records, documentation
  • Client Management - Query resolution, managing escalations
  • Support Planners as and when required
Requirements
  • Min graduate
  • Required 2 years of experience in back end
  • Computer skills
