- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and third-party vendors
- Schedule appointments and manage new purchase order communication
- Liaise with logistics partners for timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues promptly
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to plan and execute dispatch schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate for replenishment needs
- Enter data into the ERP system accurately and consistently
- Maintain and update Google trackers for operational activities
