We're a Space-Tech company with teams in Ahmedabad, California and Bangalore on a mission to build the world's largest constellation of Synthetic Aperture Radar and AIS satellites for comprehensive ocean surveillance. With backing from prestigious institutional investors like Alphawave Global, Elevation Capital, All in Capital, and Techstars, we're set to make a significant impact.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our daily operations and contribute to optimizing processes across teams. You will gain hands-on experience in various facets of operations, including resource allocation, supply chain, logistics, and cross-departmental coordination, within a cutting-edge space-tech company.Responsibilities:Daily Operations Support: Assist in monitoring and coordinating day-to-day operational activities, and track and allocate resources effectively to ensure a smooth workflow.Logistics and Supply Chain Assistance: Support in managing vendor communications, procurement processes, and inventory tracking, and assist with supply chain documentation and reporting.Project Coordination: Collaborate with different departments to facilitate smooth communication and information flow, and contribute to developing workflows that enhance productivity.Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current processes and propose innovative solutions, and prepare and present operational reports, tracking KPIs and other performance metrics.Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Masterxe2x80x99s degree (preferably in non-engineering field)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of finance, relevant regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
