Job Description


Skills:

  • Experience in operations in banking industry.
  • Should have good communication skills (Oral and written)
  • Working knowledge under SARFAESI Act, will be an added advantage
Job Profile:Operational Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular reviews of operational processes and make recommendations for improvements.
Project Management:
  • Manage and coordinate operational projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Develop project plans, set objectives, and track progress to ensure project goals are met.
  • Communicate project updates and outcomes to stakeholders.
Resource Management:
  • Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Work with department heads to ensure resources are used effectively and efficiently.
Customer and Vendor Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other external partners.
  • Address and resolve any operational issues or concerns raised by customers or vendors.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present operational reports and dashboards to senior management.
Compliance and Quality Control:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Monitor and enforce quality control standards to ensure that operational outputs meet company expectations.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead, motivate, and support the operations team to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
