Job Overview:

The MBA Finance (Operations) will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, optimizing workflow efficiency, and driving financial strategies to support business objectives. This role requires a combination of finance expertise and ensuring financial and operational excellence.

Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Evaluate current operational processes and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement strategies to streamline financial workflows and reduce bottlenecks.

Lead and oversee financial projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and on-time delivery.

Prepare and present regular financial reports, offering insights to support strategic decisions.

Education: MBA in Finance / Operations

Experience: 1 year in finance operations, preferably within a corporate or consulting environment.

Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Excel.

Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Salary : As per industry norm

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
