Contract type: Full time, PermanentLocation: NoidaJOB OVERVIEWThe Operations Excellence Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement across the organization by enhancing operational processes, optimizing performance, and fostering a culture of excellence. This role focuses on streamlining workflows, improving efficiency, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes. As a key contributor to Operations Excellence, the role entails managing the end-to-end process of developing and delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reports across all Lines of Business (LoBs) within the reporting scope. It is integral to enhancing organizational performance and ensuring data-driven strategies are effectively implemented.ABOUT THE ROLE

• Monitor and improve operational workflows and processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and SLAs in all operational activities.
• Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports using Salesforce and Power BI.
• Extract, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular and ad hoc reports to stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities.
• Manage Salesforce data, including imports, exports, and updates.
• Build customized Salesforce reports and dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Work closely with Salesforce administrators to optimize reporting functionalities.
• Liaise with teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and Data teams to improve data pipelines and reporting processes

ABOUT YOURequired Skills and Qualifications

• Masterxe2x80x99s degree in business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in operations and data reporting roles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python is a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills to present data findings to stakeholders

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other CRM systems or data platforms.
• Knowledge of automation tools like Alteryx, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with operational metrics and KPIs.
• Certification in Salesforce or Power BI is a plus.
