Lead and facilitate process improvements to ensure the timely delivery of our services to our Finance SSC across Hubs and its customers.
Develop and implement operational excellence strategies and roadmaps in alignment with Finance SSC organizational goals.
Collaborate with Finance SSC Global operations teams to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, proposing innovative solutions to address these issues.
Design and execute training programs for our Finance SSC Global teams and partners at all levels on operational excellence principles, tools, and techniques to build an organizational culture of continuous improvement.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and impact of operational excellence initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Facilitate the adoption of best practices in project management and process optimization across the organization, ensuring consistency and standardization where appropriate.
Oversee the documentation and updating of processes and procedures to ensure they reflect current best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Research and implement new technologies or methodologies that can further enhance operational efficiency, staying ahead of industry trends and competitive benchmarks.
Should be able to mentor and train our Finance SSC Global Operations teams on the right processes they need to follow to achieve good Customer experience
Skills & ExperienceEducation/Certifications: This position does not necessarily require any certification but certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green, Black, or Master Black Belt) and Project Management Professional (PMP) can be beneficial. Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or other business-related discipline.Experience: Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Project Management and Customer Relationship Management.Desired Technical Skills:
