AWS Managed Services is designed to accelerate cloud adoption, it simplifies deployment, migration, and management using automation and machine learning, backed up by a dedicated team of Amazon employees. AWS Managed Services provides ongoing management of the AWS infrastructure. It automates common activities such as change requests, monitoring, patch management, security, and backup services, and provides full-lifecycle services to provision, run, and support your infrastructure.We are looking for Operations Engineers to join our Managed Services team based in Bangalore. As a member of Managed Service team, you will be working with our amazing Operation Engineers, Lead Engineers and other supporting roles to dive in and tackle the hardest technical challenges, who excels working in an agile environment while collaborating with some of the diverse people in the industry, who gets excited about owning critical infrastructure services that serve global customers every second of the day! Every day will bring new and exciting challenges on the job while you:

• Operate the Managed Service platform and collaborate with internal service teams to meet our customers\' individual needs for their infrastructure and application deployments.
• Troubleshoot application deployments, recreate customer issues, and build proof of concept applications. Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers\' individual needs
• Work on critical, highly complex customer problems that will span multiple AWS services.
• Help build and maintain Cloud Formation templates, and scripts to automate and deploy AWS resources and configuration changes.
• Collaborate and help build utilities and tools for internal use that enable you and your fellow AWS Engineers to operate safely at high speed and wide scale.
• Leverage your day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams.
• Drive customer communication during critical events.
• Learn and leverage groundbreaking technologies.

• AWS Managed Services is 24/7/365 operations and Operations Engineer role is required to work in India Day / Europe Shift Hours

- 3+ years of experience in a technical position
- Telecom industry experience (5G, Converged Core, Radio Access Networks (RAN/RAT), O-RAN, Ericsson, MPLS, Segment Routing, UPF, SMF, ePDG, etc.)
- Knowledge on Telecom architecture, EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service), VPC, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, EC2 Linux (Elastic Compute Cloud for Linux)
- Experience in Systems administration (Linux or Windows) with Networking troubleshooting skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- AWS experience with production workloads.
- Practical knowledge of 5G network architecture and call-flows and experience in troubleshooting 5G networks.
- 3+ years of experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for two (2) of the following: Compute / Storage / Networking / CDN / DevOps.
- 2+ years of experience working with Telco solutions or working as a subject matter expert (SME) in a Telco.
- Experience with service-oriented architecture and web services.
- Experience with aspect(s) of security: network, application, security protocols, cryptography, etc.
- Experience with Configuration Management Software.
- Scripting and / or programming experience with at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Ruby, Python, Bash).
- Experience configuring, managing or troubleshooting systems of scale (cloud, virtualization, distributed networks, co-location).
- Experience with AWS Telco services e.g., AWS Private 5G, AWS Wavelength
