You will be working closely withDie chip attach machine; a fully automated integrated tool comprises epoxy dispensing, direct wafer/IC attached, thermal bonding in a roll to roll processing. Fast paced, high throughput in a high volume manufacturing environment. Content expert in the area of equipment engineering, spares as well as jigs and fixture design.To ensure success as an Operation Engineer, you should have an excellent grasp of RFID technology, deep knowledge of surface mount technology, and the ability to work as part of a team. Top-notch engineers should be able to accurately identify issues in RFID tags and design systems that improve production speed, quality, FTQ (First time Quality)Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a technology that uses radio waves to passively identify a tagged object. It is used in several commercial and industrial applications, from tracking items along a supply chain to keeping track of items.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:Responsible for machine & die set up for each SKU/product, Cleaning of machine, maintaining high quality standard.Setting up machines for Wafers, Thermodes, Adhesive injection modules.Responsible for end to end production and inventory management once the material issue for productionEnsuring test equipment is calibrated to industry standards,Responsible for all transactions done from machine for production and process.Conducting laboratory tests, keeping soft and hard records of finished goods as well raw material.To provide technical assistance in installation and maintenance of I&T Operations equipment.Analyzing equipment malfunctions and failures and accordingly develop corrective actions.Responsible for scrap reduction and increased productivity and quality output.Developing improvements to enhance equipment reliability and scalability.Developing preventive maintenance procedures to reduce equipment failures.To monitor equipment performance and suggest improvementsResponsible for the Operation, maintenance and Process Engineering work to ensure the quality of the products.Monitoring and controlling operations with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of the sameEnsuring Daily weekly maintenance of machine and spare inventory of machine.Responsible for 5S and upkeep of production area and storage.Preparation of FMEA,HIRA, MOC , PSSR, SPL and all corporate EHS requirements with respect to Man & Material and Machines.Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, BS OHSAS 18001:2007 process requirements.He should be conversant with all plant safety protocols to ensure safety discipline is maintained on the shop floor.He should be conversant with Electronic product safety requirements, like static management, handling and storage of highly sensitive electronic materials.He should be well versed with handling testing and calibration, oscilloscope, RF tester,Microscope,Electronics test & measuring instruments, Static measurement and management.QualificationsQualificationsBachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics & Telecommunication /Industrial Electronics/Instrumentation & Control Engineer/ Computer Engineer4 to 5 years of relevant work experienceProficient in the spoken and written English languageVLSI, RF Certification will added advantageOther Skills And AbilitiesStrong presentation, oral and written communications skills.Should be technically sound, analytical and have a good ability to make decisions.Quick learnerRelies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Proven ability to independently handle Process & MaintenanceAn excellent team player, outstanding contributor and good interpersonal skills.Additional InformationAVERY DENNISON IS AN EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY PROVIDERAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status or other protected status.
