: Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day operations and overlooking of HealthTech products Vendor Communication, Vendor management, and coordination for the production of electromechanical devices as well as for R&D purchase Finding new vendors and communicating with them for bulk orders, pricing negotiations, etc. Production planning and timeline generation along with the latest pricing check Ensuring timely delivery of Products according to the delivery timeline Provide meaningful training, guidance, and nurturing to the supervisory staff Diagnose and troubleshoot problems in the assembly line and production processes Inventory monitoring on a daily basis to plan weekly production based on the requirement Vendor Finance Management along with bookkeeping Interact with Engineering, Marketing, and Management for ensuring quality and product performance requirements are met as per the requirements Qualifications: Experience in basic hardware designing and testing Bachelor in Electronics or equivalent Experience handling independent execution with minimal guidance.
