Job Summary:

The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the company. This position involves coordinating various tasks to ensure efficient and effective operations, including logistics, administration, and project management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Coordination: Manage the logistics of materials, products, and equipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
• Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between different departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate supply and timely reorder of stock.
• Scheduling: Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments, ensuring efficient time management.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain various operational reports for management review.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in an operations role, preferably within the industry.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.

Working Conditions:

• Environment: Office setting with occasional site visits.
• Hours: Typical working hours, with occasional overtime as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
