- Assist managers in all relevant Operation Coordinator tasks so that they are thoroughly documented.
- Continuously follow up on Retail schedules.
- Participate in meetings with Retail managers team members, and keep meeting minutes.
- Retail initiation/ closure formalities.
- Retail monitoring, tracking and coordination during Retail execution.
- Overall coordination with various teams/ dept./ clients/ vendors to execute the Retail smoothly.
- Documentation and maintenance of Retail reports, trackers.
- MIS tracking on Retail data, and procurement data.
- Work with operation leads for daily allocation of the work.
- Candidates should have previous work experience in Operation Coordination.
- Ensure adherence to Team Manager's expectations at work.
- Complete Tasks on time and adhere to the expected quality standards.
