As an Operations Coordinator at PROSONIC, you will play a Major & Important role in managing the day-to-day operations in company. You will be responsible for coordinating various operational activities, ensuring seamless service delivery, and supporting the sales and technical teams to achieve organizational goals. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to every small detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Coordination:
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of sales and service operations.
Manage schedules for installation, maintenance, and service teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
Ensure that all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
Customer Service:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective service delivery.
Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.
Inventory Monitoring:
Monitor and manage inventory levels of different equipment and accessories.
Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to maintain adequate stock levels.
Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all inventory movements.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with order processing, including preparing quotes, invoices, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer requirements are met and sales targets are achieved.
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Technical Support Coordination:
Schedule and dispatch technicians for installations, repairs, and maintenance services.
Ensure technicians have the necessary tools and equipment to complete their tasks.
Track and report on the status of service requests and technician performance.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all operational activities, including sales orders, service requests, and inventory logs.
Prepare regular reports on operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Team Bonding & Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments, including sales, technical, and customer service teams, to ensure cohesive operations.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
