Job Responsibilities:



1) Client Feedback Calls:



Conduct feedback calls to clients in

English, Malayalam, and Tamil

to assess their experience and gather insights for improvement.

2) VFS Appointment Booking:



Schedule

VFS appointments

as per client requirements. Ensure accurate information is provided regarding appointment availability and procedures.

3) Handling Organic Inquiries:



Respond to

organic inquiries

promptly and professionally. Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding services.

4) Communication & Coordination:



Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Ensure proper documentation and follow-ups for client interactions.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
