Operations Coordinator will be closely working with other TRS Operations Coordinator/ Job Coordinators to ensure smooth flow of function.
Essential Functions
• Physical Inventories control Of Equipment
• Maintaining Manual Dispatch Checklist (DCL), Delivery Ticket (DT), and Return Ticket (RT).
• Coordinating with clients(Local) for operational, logistics, equipment, and crew requirements.
• Liaising with workshop teams for equipment preparation as per operational needs.
• Coordinating logistics for equipment mobilization to support operations.
For Offshore & Onshore Rigs:
• Obtaining customs office permissions and client signatures.
• Requesting waybills and following up with document submissions.
Qualifications
Any Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical

Physical demands and work environment
• Ability to walk on uneven ground (gravel, rocks, mounds, ice)
• Ability to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and/or ramps while carrying tools requiring a reasonable degree of physical stamina and agility and involving moderate to severe physical exertion
• Ability to comprehend, remember, and follow verbal and written directions and comply with Company policies, procedures and standard.
