Job Description

Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, fostering positive and productive communication. Efficiently handle queries and escalations, providing timely and accurate resolutions. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.

Required Skills: o 1+ years experience as an Operations Coordinator or Customer Support Executive. o Excellent communication skills (oral and written). o Proactive and ability to work independently and collaboratively. o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. o Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
