Job Description

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR, administrative, and business development functions. You will be responsible for managing candidate interactions, maintaining HR records, sourcing potential business opportunities, and handling client support requests. Your ability to multitask and coordinate effectively will contribute to the smooth operation of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Coordination:
• Contact shortlisted candidates to schedule interviews and provide necessary information.
• Coordinate and manage interview schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
• Maintain and update HR records, including employee leaves, attendance, and other relevant documentation.
• Business Development:
• Identify and shortlist potential job opportunities on business lead portals.
• Assist in preparing and submitting proposals for new business prospects.
• Track and follow up on business development leads, maintaining a pipeline of potential clients.
• Administrative Support:
• Manage support requests from clients, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support issues.
• Assist in general office administration tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of work experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software.
• Previous experience in HR, administration, or business development is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
