Job Title: Operations - Cloud Kitchen

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations professional to join our Cloud Kitchen team. As an Operations team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our cloud kitchen, including managing food preparation, packaging, and delivery. You will work closely with our culinary team, logistics team, and technology team to ensure that our operations are optimized for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cloud Kitchen Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the cloud kitchen, including food preparation, packaging, and delivery.
2. Supply Chain Management: Manage the supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, and inventory management.
3. Logistics and Delivery: Oversee the logistics and delivery operations, including managing third-party delivery partners and ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
4. Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food safety and quality protocols are followed, including HACCP and sanitation procedures.
5. Team Management: Manage and develop a team of operations staff, including kitchen staff, packaging staff, and delivery staff.
6. Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
7. Technology Integration: Work closely with the technology team to integrate new technologies and systems to improve operations, including kitchen management software, delivery management software, and customer-facing apps.
8. Data Analysis: Analyze data and metrics to inform operational decisions, including menu engineering, pricing, and marketing strategies.
9. Compliance: Ensure that all operations are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a cloud kitchen or food delivery company.
3. Skills:
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with food safety and quality protocols.
- Experience with supply chain management and logistics.
4. Certifications: Food Safety Certification (e.g. HACCP) and relevant industry certifications (e.g. SQF, BRC) preferred.
